This is the master page for all Bryan Kelly "anti-gravity" links:
"Anti-Gravity" & Inertial Mass Reduction.
The page you are on now is for excess images related to Inertial Mass Reduction and Anti-Gravity Technology.
It spans 2016-2020.
See the full explanation at Breakthrough Propulsion Physics.
See two older quick explanations at Is It Time To Talk About "Anti-Gravity?" and 'Anti-Gravity' Propulsion Technology Startup Proposes Graphene, Carbon Nanotube Hydrogen Light Pump-Jet Thruster.

Is this what's happening on the skin of e.g., a Tic Tac UFO? I.e., it's black for light absorption, and visible white (among other things) for emission in the gravitational field. See below for more on the Tic Tac.

Talking points from "Anti-Gravity" Propulsion - Beyond Rockets To Inertial Mass Reduction.
A combination like this is a good starting point for inertial mass reduction metamaterials and negative mass metamaterials.
This also suggests that "inertia" may be described simply as the effect on mass which is moving horizontally through vertically aligned, downward-pulling gravitons. I.e., the side of a "wall" of spin-2 vortices is "hit" or hits the mass, slowing it. The aligned vortices work as "gravity" entangling the mass as it passes through them, then "snap back" slightly pushing the mass to prolong horizontal movement. This is especially effective while accelerating, as the quantity of "pushes" overwhelms the walls to be pushed through.
But really, who thinks like that? Have a look at some gravitons forming a gravity wave instead.
And contemplate these highly technical views of gravity and inertia.

A Baffling Balloon Behavior
I could watch that lil' red light-pumper cut through inertia like butter over and over.
So I do.
Now imagine a little thought being put into optimizing that and you'll see where I'm headed.

Suspected bubbled-up, light pumping bastardos busted by Mexican Air Force for being out of the zone without a license and visible permits (full screen recommended.)
Here's a more detailed speculation from a Twitter Moment about 'Tic-Tac' UFO propulsion.
Perhaps as with the Gimbal UFO, inertial mass reduction is achieved by negative mass propulsion using inertial mass reduction metamaterials pumping mass-equivalent ambient "cold" light.

Here's a another speculation from a Twitter Moment about 'Tic-Tac' UFO propulsion.
The original image is from Wikimedia Commons. This is what an infrared view might look like, with the Tic Tac surrounded by "cold" or ambient light.
There may be a "heat wave" motion and rainbow sheen to it. Notable that it's black on video sometimes when caught absorbing, but usually bubbling with pumped white.
The "auras" and circles are telling in every view, including while sitting on the ocean, which looks like the bottom of a sphere.

I was going for the "bouncing ping pong ball in a glass bottle" look that's been mentioned. That paraphrased description reminds me a bit of flitting butterflies, which also at times appear to ignore Newton.
Early thoughts on The Five Observables - UFO/UAP Traits & Characteristics, later expanded on that webpage.
Kinda looks like a light-sucking trans-medium gizmo waiting to happen, doesn't it, folks?
Well, I finally admitted that his page got way too heavy quite some time ago and made a second page continuation of this one, called Inertial Mass Reduction | Anti-Gravity Technology | Negative Mass Propulsion | UFO Propulsion or somesuch. See you there and thanks for visiting!
